La política de calidad del INDA se fundamenta en las disposiciones legales nacionales e internacionales aplicables a los derechos de autor y derechos conexos; que garantizan su salvaguarda, su promoción en los diversos sectores de la sociedad, el fomento de la creatividad y el desarrollo cultural. El INDA busca dar certeza y seguridad jurídica a los usuarios sobre la protección de sus derechos de autor y derechos conexos, así como su debida difusión.
